- Mesh2Surface for SOLIDWORKS is a plugin that provides the essential tools for reverse engineering with SW's CAD environment. 

- Both QUICKSURFACE and Mesh2Surface for SOLIDWORKS offer intuitive tools for parametric modelling on both organic and prismatic Shapes, enabling you to create new, better designs out of existing products. 

How does it work?

- Once you have your scanned object as an STL, OBJ, PLY mesh, or ASC point cloud you can import it in QUICKSURFACE. As the software is fully optimized for scan data, there is no limitation of the size of the mesh you import.

- Use the simple and powerful tools to create 2D sketches (DXF or IGES), extruded 3D sketches and revolved surfaces, free form curves, surfaces, and prismatic features. These tools will help you create parametric, free-form, or hybrid solid body (STP model) to bring into any CAD software.

- QUICKSURFACE scan to CAD software offers standard CAD operations like trim, revolve, booleans, loft, sweep, extend, mirrors and patterns to create the perfect solid body. Finish your work by adding fillets and chamfers. 

- Keep control over your design with accurate deviation control at any time. QUICKSURFACE can create complex hybrid 3D models. 

- Transfer your work with the best accuracy and design intent to your desired CAD package - SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, you name it! QUICKSURFACE offers a full parametric tree transfer into SOLIDWORKS.

- Finish your design and prepare it for 3D Printing or CNC machining!
