How does it work?
QUICKSURFACE Pro
- Once you have your scanned object as an STL, OBJ, PLY mesh, or ASC point cloud you can import it in QUICKSURFACE. As the software is fully optimized for scan data, there is no limitation of the size of the mesh you import.
- Use the AI powered parametric and freeform modeling tools to create 2D sketches (DXF or IGES), extruded 3D sketches and revolved surfaces, freeform curves, surfaces, and prismatic features. These tools will help you create parametric, freeform, or hybrid solid body (STP model) to bring into any CAD software.
- QUICKSURFACE Scan to CAD software offers all CAD operations needed for reverse-engineering such as extrude, revolve, trim, loft, sweep, extend, mirror, and pattern to create the perfect solid body. Finish your work by adding fillets and chamfers.
- Maintain precise control over your design with accurate deviation management at all times. Effortlessly navigate through the history tree to implement modifications within the model.
- Transfer your work with the best accuracy and design intent to your desired CAD package with the Live Transfer tool for SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, you name it! QUICKSURFACE offers a full parametric tree transfer into SOLIDWORKS.
- SIMPLE | EFFECTIVE | ADFFORDABLE - QUICKSURFACE is a complete reverse-engineering solution for converting 3D scan polygonal meshes of digitized parts into accurate digital parametric CAD/CAM designs.
- Finish your design and prepare it for 3D Printing or CNC machining
QUICKSURFACE Lite
QUICKSURFACE Lite is a simplified version of QUICKSURFACE Pro. It provides simple yet powerful tools to help you to extract the most essential information needed to create CAD from scan data and transfer them to your preferred CAD package. The software is compatible with any 3D scanner exporting STL, OBJ, or PLY meshes. Your high-quality models can be exported in standard IGES or STEP file formats to other CAD/CAM packages.

The Perpetual License comes with 1st-year maintenance, including updates, upgrades, and software support.
It is optional to buy subsequent annual maintenance. Each additional year of QUICKSURFACE Pro maintenance after the 1st year is $645.

Software activation code is delivered to you via email with installation instructions within 2 business days.
If you change your mind after purchasing software, you have 24 hours to request an order cancellation. Once the software activation code is sent to you via email, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged nor refunded.
